Add payslip item definition
This is where you define the characteristics of an additional deduction or payment. There are two questions relating to tax. Do not let them confuse you. They are general questions asking whether persons younger than 65 pay tax on this particular item and whether persons aged 65 or over do so as well. If this is a taxable item, the system will take care of determining the employee's age when the payslip is created. Remember that you are defining something which could appear on many employees' payslips and it must not be tailored to suit a particular person.
