It may occasionally happen during conversion that the system finds unconverted clock movements which refer to payslips that have already been created (this could happen if you omitted to transfer all the clock movements to the computer before doing the previous conversion and payslip generation). Must the system ignore the problem or not? If you select "Yes", attendance records will be created from the "extra" clock movements but the payslips affected by those attendance records will NOT be updated. If you select "No" you will have to make a note of the payslip details displayed by the conversion function, delete those payslips after conversion has ended, do the conversion again to incorporate the "extra" clock movements relating to the deleted payslips and then recreate those payslips.
