Personnel
 
A list of all employees in the system. You can create, change or delete employee records and perform other actions as well. The list displays the employees in employee number or surname order.

In service selector

Click here to show or hide all employees no longer in your service.

Surname or  number locator

2. Surname or~ number locator
Typing a surname here (or the employee number, depending on the sort order) will make the cursor jump to that employee, or you can use the normal navigation buttons (up, down, page-up and page-down) to find a specific employee.

Insert

Click to add a new employee record. This will open the window shown here.

Button issue

Print a button issue sheet identifying the employee receiving a button and detailing basic rules for the clocking system.

Certificate of service

Print a standard certificate of service.

Change

Click to change the highlighted employee's details. This will open the window shown here.

UI-19

7. UI-19
Print a UI-19 form for the highlighted employee.

Certificate of service with UIF details

8. Certificate of service~with UIF details
Print a certificate of service for the highlighted employee, complete with UIF details.

Delete

9. Delete
Click to delete the highlighted employee record. This will delete ALL data for that person but will ONLY work if he/she has been out of your employ for at least three years. The function is also available here.

Data sheet

10. Data sheet
Print a single page containing all data for the highlighted employee.

Close the window.
 
Please make regular backups! We cannot help you recover from disaster without a recent backup.
