This menu is used to generate, edit, delete and print payslips and associated reports as well as perform other functions associated with payslips. N.B. You can only edit or delete an employee's latest payslip.

 Payslip item descriptions
Allows you to define the descriptions and characteristics of additional payments and deductions for use on payslips.

 Insert
Create a payslip for an employee.
|
|
 Change
Change the highlighted payslip. This will only be allowed if the payslip is the latest one for the employee.
|
|
 Delete
Delete the highlighted payslip. This will only be allowed if the payslip is the latest one for the employee.

 Print highlighted payslip
Print the highlighted payslip.

Close the window.
