This menu allows you to examine the employee's entire history.

Employee number

Enter the employee number (or use the "List" button to select the employee from a list).

Click here to obtain abbreviated details of the employee's employment history, button allocations, time programmes, clock movements etc.

Click to view or change the employee's personal data.

Close the window.

Select button number

6. Select button~number
Displays the numbers of all the buttons ever assigned to the employee. Selecting one of them will display all clock records generated by that button (including those generated by the button while it was assigned to another employee). The list also contains a "Hand" entry with which to view the manual clock movements created for the employee.

Change status

7. Change status
If a discarded or unconverted clock movement is highlighted, this button becomes active and the status of the clock movement can be changed to "Unconverted" or "Discarded" respectively.

Mark discarded records...

8. Mark discarded~records...
???Mark all discarded records following the latest payslip as "Unconverted". This does not apply to manually created records.???

Print a report showing all clock movements for the employee during a specified period.
 
Please make regular backups! We cannot help you recover from disaster without a recent backup.
