This is a list of all employees without any clock movements, attendance records or leave records for a period. While this may indicate that the employee was absent from work without a valid reason, there may be another explanation: the employee may have omitted to clock in and out, you may have forgotten to create a leave record, etc. The list allows you to create leave or attendance records if necessary, after which you should click the "Refresh list" button to obtain an updated view.

This button (which becomes active as soon as the list contains one or more entries) allows you to print, export or e-mail the contents of the list.

Create a manual clock movement for the selected employee.

 Refresh list
Click here to refresh the list contents if you have created leave, attendance or manual clock records using the buttons shown: the list is created when the window opens and is not dynamically updated by the system.
