Piece-work and activities
This menu gives access to the main activity data and provides two reports showing links between clock stations and activities. Activities are tasks e.g. "Filling bags - citrus" or "Shearing sheep". An activity can be linked to a clock for a certain period. During this period, the system records time worked by the employees using that clock as an expense in respect of that activity. For this reason, employees engaged in OTHER activities may NOT use that clock while the link exists. You can specify a standard rate of production per hour for each activity and pay bonuses to those employees exceeding the standard and penalise those who do not produce the required quantity.
 Standard activities
This opens a list of standard activities. Be careful not to create a multitude of activities - it is very easy to complicate your life.

 Button/ activity links
Activity buttons are needed to "switch" clocks from one activity to another. An activity can be assigned to a particular activity button. When the button is inserted into the clock's button reader, the clock associates all subsequent button presses with that particular activity.
